Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or modifications must be made at least 12 hours prior to the reservation time to prevent charges against your deposit. If you fail to arrive within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, your reservation will be considered canceled.
Refund Policy
If cancellation or changes are made at least 12 hours before the reservation time, your deposit will be released or reversed within 14 business days after the reservation date. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank.
